Refunds & Returns

RETURNS: All orders can be returned within our  14 Day Returns Policy.

Just send back the unopened items to us, and we will process your refund (less delivery cost) on receipt.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Items must be returned in original condition.

• Orders must be returned within 14 days

• If the item is faulty, please email your order number & the reason or description of the fault

• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us and are generally complete 3 to 5 working days after the refund is processed.
